Purpose of collection/ collection category/ purpose of personal information for service

In the event that the 'fair transaction counseling' service is used, we collect the minimal personal information for the fair transaction counseling. In order for you to use the 'fair transaction counseling' service, you are required to enter your name, telephone number, and e-mail address. However, your use of the service is not limited even if the optional categories such as gender, employment status and confidentiality are not entered. Detailed purposes of collection and use for each individual information category are as follows.

• Name, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, employment and confidentiality: Confirmation of counseling information and reply with counseling result

The retention period of personal information

collected during the service period shall be until the time of request for deletion after applying for fair transaction counseling. In addition, the personal information of members shall be destroyed immediately when deleted such that it is impossible to regenerate. Conditions for retention of personal information are as follows:

• 1.Members shall be notified in advance of the retention period of personal information, and it shall be retained during the agreed retention period so long as that the retention period is not lapsed and in the event that the consent of members has been individually obtained.
